We appreciate your interest in exhibiting at our Rodeo. We partner with you in welcoming our fans to the Poway Rodeo ensuring that their Rodeo experience is pleasant and entertaining. Please join us in providing the best ever customer service to all our patrons. We look forward to having your business or organization as an integral part of the Poway Rodeo.

  • All vendor spaces will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
  • We must have received all monies in “full” at time of application.
  • Your spot numbers will be assigned approximately one week before rodeo.
  • There is no exclusivity of products, we do our best to limit the same types, but it is at our discretion. No water may be sold by vendors at our event, no exceptions.
  • Eligibility for “Handcrafted” products to be determined by the vendor chair.  You must be at least 90% handcrafted.
  • All applications for a non-profit booth must be informational only. Nothing may be sold.
  • Bring a “pigtail” electrical attachment to be able to get electricity in your booth. Also, as it is dusty some vendors bring a “garden sprayer” filled with water to “wet down” the area in front of their booth, it helps immensely.
  • You are required to light up your vendor spot at night. The two big performances are at night and you want to be seen.
  • We no longer allow you to use canopy (tent) stakes to secure your canopy. You must use above ground anchoring devices, such as sandbags. These are a danger to the horses that use that arena the rest of the year.
  • No water to be sold
  • No glass of any kind to be sold.
