The Poway Rodeo provides a unique, fun-filled, exciting entertainment experience for the whole family. The largest PRCA-sanctioned event in the area, the Poway Rodeo has been thrilling audiences from all over the U.S. for more than 40 years. Every fall, the Rodeo brings an assortment of opportunities to engage, connect, and delight diverse audiences with traditional Old West values expressed through the newest technologies and popular cultural activities. The month long Poway Days celebration surrounding the Poway Rodeo features a "come one, come all" spirit with something for everyone, including community trail ride (for horseback riders, bikers, and hikers alike), a craft-beer tasting, musical and vocal competitions for teens and students, a free live-music dance party for 20-somethings, "not-so-rough" roughstock events for kids, and a huge parade down the main street of the hosting City of Poway, long ago dubbed "The City in the Country."

The Poway Rodeo is a non-profit organization and does not retain profits realized from revenue. Sponsorship dollars support the direct costs of the event, including facility improvements, equipment rental, promotions, stock contractor(s), rodeo personnel, administration, security, and contestant prizes. Sponsors of The Poway Rodeo benefit from their association with our recognized, first-class organization as well as the important charities we support, including Palomar/Pomerado Health, Future Farmers of America, and three national rehabilitative horsemanship programs dedicated to providing equine-assisted activities and therapies to children and adults with disabilities.

In addition, your sponsorship brings rodeo participants and fans to the region, encouraging them to do business with restaurants, gas stations, hotels, and other local retailers. These additional dollars in the local economy boost the financial stability of every business in San Diego County.

  • 3’ x 6’ (maximum size) Sign on Bucking Chute

  • Announcer will mention Company Name each time a Contestant comes out of the Sponsored Bucking Chute – approximately 12 times per performance

EVENT SPONSORSHIP $2,500

  • Name listed as Event Sponsorship on Rodeo Program & Day Sheet
  • Event Sponsor’s Flag carried in Arena during Sponsor/Closing ceremonies and prior to Sponsored Event

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIPS

  • Banner in arena $300 –limited number available 3’x6’ maximum – All banners customer supplied
  • Banner outside arena on grounds - $150  2’x4’ maximum – All banners customer supplied
  • Commercial vendor - $200-$600 per merchandise space – (2 days-3 performances)
  • Food vendor- $550-$975 per food space– (2 days-3 performances)- 10’x10’ or 10'x20' Arena with electrical hookup – additional space available
