We are pleased to announce the addition of the SAM’S POSSE, EXCEPTIONAL RODEO!!!
The event is open to kids with intellectual and physical disabilities from ages 5-18 and will take place at the Poway Rodeo Arena on Saturday September 28th at 10:30 am. Each participant will have a buddy to help them navigate through the events which may include Stick Pony Barrel Racing and Pole Bending, ”Not So Rough Stock” riding (manual bucking barrel) and Roping.
Assisting will be Rodeo clown J.J. Harrison, announcer Wayne Brooks, Rodeo Queens, Princesses and professional rodeo cowboys and cowgirls.

SAM’S POSSE is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization which strives to enrich the lives of individuals living with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Registration for participants will open on July 1st. It is on a first come, first served basis and is limited to 50 participants. Please go to www.samsposse.org beginning July 1st to register. For more information, contact Deborah at [email protected].
