Join Our Volunteer Team!
An all-volunteer team leads the Poway Rodeo, and we are looking for additional volunteers just like you to ensure another successful year.
Whether you want to volunteer before, during or after the Rodeo, we can use your talent. The greatest need is Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Saturday night. Most shifts are about six hours, and we offer a spectrum of opportunities. See the table below for just some of the needs we have, though there are more!
Contact our volunteer coordinator using the form at the bottom of this page. List your top three choices in the Message section, and we will match you with the job and the shift that works best for you. If you don’t see a position listed matching your interests or talents, let us know in the Message section how you would like to help.
For more information, please contact the Volunteers Chair.
|Buddies Needed!||Join us from 10:30am – noon on September 29th for our Exceptional Rodeo. This year we collaborate with Sam’s Posse – www.samsposse.org. Kids with intellectual and physical disabilities will participate in their own rodeo with events such as Stick Pony Barrel Racing, roping and riding a manual bucking barrel. Each participant needs a buddy to stick by their side to help them navigate the events. This is a great role for those 14 and up.|
